Other Reasons

If you need to return a product for other reasons, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and explain the reason for the return. If the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping fee.

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for a refund:

Products returned after the 7-day return period.
